CAEMC Spreads Holiday Cheer to 200 Residents of Brgy. 192, Pildera 1, Pasay City Pasay City, December 6, 2025, in the spirit of giving and community service, the Cebu Air Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (CAEMC) successfully held its annual Christmas Gift Giving event for the residents of Brgy. 192, Pildera 1, Pasay City. The activity took place in front of the CAEMC Commercial Building, where board of directors, caemc staff, volunteers, and barangay officials gathered to share joy and holiday warmth with the community. This year, 200 citizens from the barangay received Christmas gift packs filled with essential items and treats to help brighten their celebrations. The event aimed to extend support to families and individuals as the holiday season begins, reflecting CAEMC’s continued dedication to uplifting local communities. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, gratitude, and the festive spirit of Christmas as residents lined up to receive their gifts. CAEMC’s officers and staff worked hand-in-hand to ensure a smooth and meaningful distribution, demonstrating the cooperative’s commitment to its values of compassion, solidarity, and service. Barangay officials expressed their appreciation for CAEMC's initiative, highlighting the positive impact such programs bring to the community during the holiday season. Last October 25, 2025, the Cebu Air Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (CAEMC) held its Agilakbay Activity at the CAEMC Commercial Building, where members and participants gathered for a meaningful, creative, and inspiring event dedicated to the protection and preservation of our national bird, the Philippine Eagle. During the activity, everyone showcased their creativity by painting individual parts of the majestic Philippine Eagle, which, when put together, formed a stunning and symbolic masterpiece. Each stroke of paint represented teamwork and our shared commitment to conservation proving that when we work hand in hand, we can create something truly powerful and beautiful. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Bing Famoso for facilitating the activity and guiding our participants throughout the creative process. Your energy and leadership made the experience both fun and meaningful! A special thank you as well to Mr. Jayson Carungay Ibanez, Director of Operations at the Philippine Eagle Foundation, for gracing our event with his presence. In the spirit of Christmas, CAEMC gave support, financially and in kind, to Brgy 192, Pildera 1 in the distribution of Christmas gifts to the barangay community. The CAEMC’s active support to Barangay 192 and local government is a way of giving back, to the community and strengthening the beneficial reciprocal relationship between the cooperative and the community. This act of kindness not only brightened the holidays for many but also reinforced the cooperative's commitment to uplifting local communities.

In October 2024, the CAEMC organized an outreach program at the Pangarap Foundation in Pasay City, demonstrating our cooperative’s commitment to community service. During this event, our cooperative generously donated food supplies, hygiene kits, along with kitchen and dining equipment, to support the children under the foundation's care. This initiative aimed to enhance the daily living conditions of the children, ensuring they have access to nutritious meals and proper dining facilities. Such acts of kindness reflect the cooperative's dedication to social responsibility and their desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Through the generosity of our cooperative, was able to complete the renovation of its church, a cherished place of worship and community gathering. This collective approach not only strengthens social bonds but also builds a sense of unity and purpose, empowering communities to overcome obstacles and thrive. Together, we can achieve far greater outcomes than by working alone, making collaboration a foundation of meaningful change.

In the province of Cavite is dedicated to providing quality education, but limited resources have posed challenges in maintaining and upgrading classroom facilities. Encountering the challenges of providing suitable learning environment and classroom, it sought the assistance of the CAEMC in their aim to improve their ICT Laboratory room and create a more conducive learning environment for its students. CAEMC made a significant impact through the school’s laboratory room by providing structural improvements.
